Our homes feature energy-efficient, heavy-framed windows with triple glass, and we pay meticulous attention to sealing the building envelope.
We apply our Super-seal treatment, caulking the framing members, electrical boxes and wiring holes, and joints in the vapor barrier. Windows and doors receive a moisture-resistant and energy-efficient foam seal, while attics are insulated with a thick R60 layer of blown fiberglass. Starting construction indoors shields materials from the elements, allowing our skilled workforce to focus on precise and methodical construction.

Our materials are kept indoors out of the sun, rain and ice. This keeps the building materials dry so there is no swelling of floor and wall sheeting and no extra moisture that soaks into the lumber. This will eliminate extra shrinkage from happening after it is finished and safely set up on your pre-constructed basement or crawl space. In another shop on our yard, is where most of the actual construction takes place. Our goal is to have the exterior completely finished before moving it outside. Come take a tour of the houses on site, and explore your home being built in a controlled environment.
A Ready-To-Move Home means that your home will be built and completely finished on our yard. It will then be moved and set down on your pre-constructed basement. We look after the entire building process so you can relax and enjoy your blueprint become reality.
One of our largest builds was a total of 3200 sq. ft.. You can go around 38’-40’ wide at the eaves. The average length is around 50’-60’, but again…we have comfortably moved up to 100’ long! Of course, you can go smaller. For example, we built a 680 sq. ft. cabin. You need to keep in mind the access to your yard site for the delivery of a home.
Yes, Laser Construction is a registered builder of the NHWP (New Home Warranty Program). This means warranty on your home. Check out their website or call us for further details.
